WARNING!!! Do NOT buy furniture from this company. We purchased a couch and love seat recliner set from this company. Upon delivery, the love seat was broken. The delivery company took it back and replaced it. Within two weeks, both cushions on either end of the couch were coming apart at the seams. After three months of continuous phone calls, this company sent a repair man to our house to investigate. The repair man was very nice and explained that he needed to have someone pick up the furniture to repair at his shop. The repair man ordered new cushions which were delivered to our home. It has now been one year and the large box containing cushions is still in our office . After being given the run around, making repeated phone calls, and so on, the company is stating that it is not their responsibility. How can a company conduct business this way? I will NEVER purchase from them or their affiliate, Furniture Express (Mansfield) , and I will warn everyone to do the same.
